Deine Aufgaben

Du verantwortest unser Design, unseren visuellen Markenauftritt sowie unsere Grafik. Deine kreative Handschrift findet sich im gesamten Packaging- und Labeling-Design sowie der Online und Offline Markenkommunikation - darunter Webshop, CRM, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Print, B2B
Du entwickelst kreative, markenpr gende Designs, Konzepte und Kampagnen und tr gst die kreative Verantwortung aller Grafikprojekte von der Ideenfindung ber die Visualisierung bis zur Umsetzung
Du bernimmst die F hrung unseres gro artigen Grafikteams, bist der Fels in der Brandung und f hrst Ideen und Konzepte in die richtige Richtung
Dank dir und deines Teams ist unser visueller Markenauftritt innovativ, ausdrucksstark, konsistent, kanalspezifisch sowie konform zu unserer Markenvision und unseren Kundenbed rfnissen. Du treibst die Pflege, Einhaltung und insbesondere die Weiterentwicklung unseres Corporate Designs abteilungs bergreifend voran
Du bist Impulsgeber und proaktiver Treiber und stellst permanent den Status-Quo in Frage. Du entwickelst unsere Grafik, Typografie und unser Design unaufh rlich weiter und strebst eine Vorreiter-Rolle unserer Marken im Hinblick auf Visualit t und sthetik an
Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Management Team und agierst als Schnittstelle zu verschiedenen internen Abteilungen wie Produktion, Vertrieb, Marketing sowie zu externen Agenturen

Du hast mehrj hrige Berufserfahrung auf Agenturseite und/oder auf Unternehmensseite. Gro er Pluspunkt: Praktische Erfahrung im B2C E-Commerce, der FMCG-Branche sowie in einem schnell wachsenden, dynamischen Unternehmen
Du bist Kreative/r mit Leib und Seele, spr hst vor Ideen und gibst dich nicht mit dem ersten Einfall zufrieden. Du hast eine gro e Passion und ein ausgepr gtes Gesp r f r Marken, Bildsprache und Storytelling. Du bist mit klassischen und digitalen Grafikformaten bestens vertraut
Du hast h chste Anspr che an Qualit t, verf gst ber eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine starke hands-on Mentalit t. Deine Arbeitsweise ist l sungsorientiert und sehr strukturiert
