Lead Agency pitches to prospective clients and grow agency top line revenue.
Create strategic proposals to promote services.
Front end and manage the client relationship.
Scan for marketing, advertising and events opportunities and participate in tenders to attract high value agency projects.
Manage every communication element of advertising including creative, copy, layouts and production.
Meticulously run day to day operations of a full-service Integrated Adv Agency, supervise the team’s output and troubleshoot problems and issues.
Manage the Finance Strategy by coordinating overall budget process, annual budget plan and taking responsibility for achieving the agreed profitability and monthly targets.
