Compiling weekly and monthly sales reports, highlight deviations from target.
Preparing weekly deliveries reports for the operations team.
Maintaining the commercial activities database.
Customer registration on the EPR system of the company.
Customer contracts review with the legal department.
Receiving and processing purchase orders.
Issuing sales transaction invoices.
Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information and communicate important feedback from customers internally.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Permits issuance and material treatment traceability certificate issuance.
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
Support sales team in proposal preparation.
