Job Responsibilities:

  • Create sales demand for CBCT and microscope products.
  • Conduct user trainings for all Bondent products.
  • Provide basic aftersales support in coordination with the dealer's local technician for CBCT and microscope.
  • Support local marketing activities.
  • Report to the regional sales director.
  • Define a funnel of opportunities for current and upcoming quarters, as well as sellout activities with distributors and partners.
  • Conduct product/solution demos to facilitate the sales process and close deals.
  • Prioritize and focus on both sellin and sellout activities to contribute to positive sales outcomes.
  • Develop the sales team of current distributors through training, coaching, and joint visits to customer accounts.
  • Provide guidance and direction to distributors' sales teams to convert new customers and foster growth with existing customers.
  • Gain a deep understanding of assigned software and products, along with overall knowledge of all aspects of solutions/products.
  • Generate new sales leads and ensure effective followup and closure by the distributor's sales team.
  • Develop and manage sales training programs to maximize the effectiveness of the distributor's sales team, as directed by the regional sales director.
  • Plan weekly and daily customer activities to meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Participate in local, national, and international events, trade shows, and company meetings as directed by the regional sales director.
  • Report any product issues, loss or potential loss of key customers, or competitive sales strategies that impact local sales to management.

Job Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills to handle challenging customer situations.
  • Selfmotivated and selforganized.
  • Familiarity with the dental sector
  • Knowledge of B2C sales and the Egyptian sales environment and culture.
  • Experience in dental imaging sales and aftersales with a global brand.

Salary:
E£10, E£15,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 30/12/2023
