    Primarily company business leadership role with responsibilities for the accounting functions of the The successful candidate will be comfortable with day-to-day business operations, in a fast-paced eCommerce Must be comfortable supporting immediate business needs and leading the team responsible for all bookkeeping

    Job Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, a flair for numbers, be highly organized, and have excellent leadership The noteworthy financial controller should streamline our accounting functions and operations, provide financial analysis and reports, train staff on business finance issues, promote regulatory compliance, and drive income

    Excellent to have: Zoho Accounting, Zoho SalesIQ

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee team deliverables in the areas of:
    • Accounts Payable and Receivable
    • Reconciliations
    • Sales Tax Compliance
    • Month-end Close
    • General Ledger Entries
    • Commission calculations
    • Payroll procedures

    Other duties:

    • Streamlining accounting functions and
    • Managing financial transactions
    • Preparing financial
    • Analyzing financial
    • Monitoring internal
    • Overseeing and preparing income
    • Participating in budgeting processes
    • Developing plans for financial
    • Evaluating and managing
    • Coordinating audit

    Schedule:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Monday to Friday

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    • Prospect Park, PA 19076: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)


    Requirements

    • Proven experience in finance
    • Good communication
    • Strong leadership

    • Sound knowledge of accounting
    • Auditing
    • Compliance oriented
    • Highly analytical
    • Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred but not
    • Experience: GAAP: 3 years (Preferred)
    • Experience:AR or AP: 3 years (Preferred)
