    Accountabilities:

    • Managing the daily operations and tasks that take place within the accounts department.
    • Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
    • Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
    • Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
    • Preparing the trial balance, financial position and analytical data for them.
    • Reviewing of standard reports and statement of operations costs for projects.
    • Reviewing clients and reference points and making the necessary reports.
    • Reviewing the reconciliations of general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable and account receivables.
    • Organizing and preparing annual inventories.
    • Manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.
    • Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
    • Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.
    • Prepare financial statements and analysis for the whole of the company.
    • Review standard costs, including appropriate overhead allocations.
    • Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
    • 7 - 10 years of experience in Accounting, Prefer in Contracting field.
    • Preferably a Certified Accountant (CA, CPA, CIMA).
    • Must have experience in Odoo System or ERP System.
    • Expert in using Microsoft Office (Excel) is a MUST.
    • Very Good command of the English language.
    • Strong personality and a good team player.
    • Team Leader.
