• Provide support, troubleshooting, and solutions to customer issues.
• Provide on-site and remote solutions for customers including upgrading and troubleshooting most of Microsoft products as well as deploying microsoft products including Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, ADFS, Exchange, Office 365, and Azure

1. Upgrade exchange version from exchange 2016 to exchange 2019 for prince sultan hospital
2. Install and configure 4 exchange servers 2019 2 in main site and 2 in DR site in sirar by stc company
3. Configure hybrid configuration with modern authentication between on-prem exchange and office 365 in sirar by stc company
4. Successfully migrate 500 users from office 365 to on-prem exchange
5. Install, configure and integrate adfs and office online server with exchange 2019 in sirar by stc company
6. Migrate 3000 mailbox from office 365 to another office 365 tenant with minimum downtime for iqraa group.
7. Upgrade exchange CU and SU for a lot of companies like mawhiba, General Authority for Statistics, nupco and Gulf Insurance Group
8. Solving most complicated issues for exchange server for big companies like Board of Grievance - Diwan Almadhalem, Saudi Arabia Railway- SAR, Saudi Port Authority – MAWANI
