Mohamed mageed is me, am acting as a quality manager now experienced 15 years careered supervised machine shop engineer in manufacturing / repair oil and gas field.

In my present role, I evaluate the conditions for quality products for approximately five OEM and 30 oil and gas customers in the field and provide hard working with high quality according to the highest global standard (API and ISO 9001).

Position:    QA/QC manager

Field Experience:   
- Responsible for follow up all standard related to rig component and drilling equipment repair such as API Q1, ISO 9001, 6A & 16A which provided to be authorized for repair. 
-Prepare the Quality manual for operating facility. 
-Prepare all procedures and work instruction for organization. 
-Register all processes, NCRs, risk assessment for organization Resolving with causes. 
-Prepare minutes of meeting to discuss objectives Rate of achievement. 
-Register and calibrate all measuring tools and electrical equipment in the organization field yard. 
-Preparing internal audit for all facility departments. 
-Preparing data packages, Punch listing and mark up.
- Dealing with Qualified Outsourcing Suppliers to meet the facility 

 Execution and management of Oil & Gas EPC Projects as Quality section head responsible for maintenance of Rig components such as Cameron, Shaffer & HYDRIL Bops, Wellheads, charismas trees choke manifolds, DSAF, Risers, Guide Base, GBRT etc. …., by sand blasting
- machining, Welding, Fitting set up stress for heat treatment, Measurement inspection, hydraulic and hydrostatic pressure test witness and applying a quotation for repair, manufacture As Per atandard API 16A& 6A.
- arranging &prepare all our quality manual, procedures & keep all documents up to date in according with latest editions to be working in such professional way with a quality management system.
- receive & inspect equipment, arranging with the clients in good co-operation the scope of work to be taken to maintain any job.
