    • Plan and execute regular training interventions to ensure that all employees possess the required knowledge to serve clients in their respective geographies.
    • Manage relevant regional/ corporate L& OD communication channels and provide timely coordination between relevant SPOCs and stakeholders.
    • Execute thorough training needs identification and create/maintain global & regional training calendars in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
    • Implement global and regional training projects as per timelines set and adapt them for regional use.
    • Ensure effective use of digital platforms across respective geographics
    • Assess the success of developmental interventions.
    • Generate and maintain accurate and timely data as prescribed by MIS requirements and ensure compliance with all standards in respective areas/ geographies as expected by the Organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate or Global Equivalent Degree.
    • Preferably an MBA holder.
    • 6-8 years of work experience.
    • At least 4 years of experience in training.
    • At least 2 years of experience in training delivery.
