    Job Description

    • Creating an excellent first impression by providing a warm welcome, tidy appearance and pleasant manner at all times to all visitors as they come through reception.
    • Providing accurate information concerning activities, games and availability.
    • Serving customers, explaining the rules of the games, taking money for activities and accurately accounting for money and transactions at the end of each shift.
    • Ensuring that adequate stocks of packs and leaflets are always available at reception area.
    • Always ensuring the safety and security of visitors and taking a responsible attitude towards maintaining the back and front of the counter spotless clean as well as all equipment used by players.
    • Handling telephone/face to face inquiries, recording messages from incoming calls and transferring calls.
    • Recording and keeping clear and accurate records of all queries, complaints, lost and found and ensuring the information is delegated to, and resolved by, the relevant department.
    • Be ready to undertake other duties, of a similar professional nature and correspondent with the role, at the request of his Manager.

    Job Requirements

    • Extrovert with strong sales and presentation skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • A professional appearance to be able to create an excellent first impression with customers.
    • Good English
    • Excellent computer skills
