    Requirements

    Ability to perform safe and efficient process operations by monitoring operating conditions and make process adjustments.

    A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position for Oil and Gas related Projects.

    A similar position previously held in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred.

    Excellent communication skills in English required and in Arabic a plus.

    Projects Secretary able to work under minimum supervision.

    Responsible for all related secretarial and clerical duties.

    Advanced knowledge and ability to utilize MS Outlook / Excel / Word / Power Point / Access and Basic Understanding of MS Project.

    Assist Project Manager and Project Engineers to prepare minutes of meeting Project Status and Progress Reports Project Plans and Schedules.

    Maintain accurate Project Records and files.

    Coordinates Project meetings with internal organizations and contractors suppliers manufacturers site representatives. Etc.

    BA/BS degree in Business Engineering Materials Management or equivalent



    Excellent in English communication skills (writing and speaking) At least 5 years\' experience as Material Expeditor/Coordinator Knowledge and know-how on the usage of SAP transactions (Material Module) Very well verse in MS Word, Excel and Power Point Can work under pressure and can make results in very short period when given an emergency task Can work with minimum supervision BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Management or equivalent.
