    This is a remote position.

    Now accepting applications for a motivated and friendly remote Reservation Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be computer-literate, work well independently, and have excellent problem solving skills. Training is provided, so we encourage both entry-level and experienced applicants to inquire.     Requirements

    Essential Functions:

    Perform outreach to potential customers by marketing our services and any available promotions.

    Handle calls and emails from customers with professionalism and an upbeat attitude.

    Complete the reservation process, including intake, quotes, booking and payment.

    Prepare the customer for their trip by informing them of any regulations or requirements and be available to assist if any changes occur before or during their trip.

    Stay informed and proficient in company processes and our industry through ongoing trainings in order to offer the best experience for our customers.


    Must be at least 18 years of age, have computer and internet access, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
