Software Developer performs a variety of development assignments requiring knowledge of established programming procedures and data processing requirements. Develops, modifies, and tests developed code based on architectural and design requirements. Senior Developer participates in requirements analysis, design, and deployment and support of software products, systems, and projects.

Requirements Analysis:
Understands the requirements and analysis documents. Develops, verifies requirements and analysis documents and ensures their quality and accurate coverage of the project scope. Explores different technical topics and tools to assess the feasibility of the given requirements. 2.


Architecture and Design:
Understands the given design documents and ensures its implementation feasibility.
  • Develops, reviews, and validates design and design documents (Architecture, database and detailed design) to ensure their compliance with the project requirements.
  • Develops and presents Software POC and prototypes whenever required for project success.
3.


Development :
Understands and follows the Software development process. Performs the programming activities related to the development of Software products, systems, and projects.

Researches and examines Software alternatives, different technical topics and tools to assess and explore the feasibility of a given requirement.

Accuracy & Quality
  • Ensures quality & stability of the developed code and any other assigned deliverables: Conducts unit testing for the developed code, troubleshoots, debugs and fixes any issues.
  • Reviews defects reports, checks the root cause for different types of defects, and ensures proper resolution.
5. Communication management
  • Reports accurate tasks status in timely manner to direct supervisor.
Escalates the critical issues to the direct manager in timely manner and recommends corrective actions. 6. Time Management
  • Sticks to assigned tasks deadlines.
7. Team Work
  • Provides advice, guidance and training to less senior resources.
