    • Develop and deliver end-to-end integrated go-to-market & communications plans for product launches.
    • As part of the team, identify insights, shape strategies, share learnings, and support strategy development and execution of complex launches.
    • Work cross-functionally with local, regional and global teams
    • Work directly with product, tech, marketing and design teams to refine product requirements, problem solve and make tradeoffs throughout the product development process
    • Create and publish actionable insights into top customer needs and issues based on analysis of customer feedback and data.
    • Ensure implementation is aligned with program goals and requirements; make necessary adjustments.
    • The role requires understanding of local customer needs and behaviours. Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
