    • Develop and execute strategies for major Direct Material and process local purchasing
    • Support regional and global commodity strategies by providing customer demands and requirements and driving implementation of the strategies within the area of responsibility.
    • Coordinate and/or lead local purchasing activities with Purchasing Director
    • Coordinate efforts to develop and implement programs to drive savings, supply base optimization.
    • Coordinate and conduct quarterly supplier reviews, and supplier qualifications using the Supplier Quality Management process.
    • Negotiate prices, terms and quality requirements with domestic and international suppliers for indirect material requirements with Purchasing Director.
    • Manage and negotiate all commercial aspects of the contracts with suppliers.
    • Endorse and support domestic and global team's commodity sourcing initiatives with other Sectors on required products and services.
    • Support purchase-to-pay process ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
