    Elan Preschool is looking to hire an experience and energetic Preschool Office Manager who can start The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the school's daily operations and its various Their duties include communicating with department heads, relaying important information or policy changes from upper management and implementing incentives to enhance employee

    Administrative duties:

    • Serves as the first point of contact for parents and prospective
    • Answers phone calls and emails, or routes them as
    • Serves as external liaison for school
    • Prepares and maintains records relating to school
    • Coordinates on campus shows and bookings
    • Light HR duties - Maintains staff records to ensure ongoing compliance

    Financial duties:

    • Prepares documents for payroll and other compliance related matters and ensures they are submitted on
    • Enter monthly payroll when
    • Light use of Quickbooks and can navigate through and print monthly
    • Use current tools to set up billing and maintain its

    Helpful if you have the following:

    • Previous preschool experience with past cleared
    • ECE Background with at least 6
    • Use of Childcare software such as
    • Basic knowledge of
    • ADP experience would also be

    Position is part-time, working hours from 1:00-5:00

    Pay Range:

    $$ per hour
