Over 30 years in the hotel and food related services. Worked my way thru school in part time positions till my graduation from the American University in Cairo in 1997. Worked with sev- eral major hotel chains, to include: Sheraton, Marriott, Holiday Inn, Disney Resorts, Meridien, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Abercrombie & Kent, and Hilton Hotels. Started as a front desk clerk and worked my way up to management position (F & B Manager, and General Manager). Experienced in Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Accounting, S&M, Engineering , project management, creation and realization. Properties included 4 & 5 star hotels as well as 4 & 5 star Nile Boat cruises. Working experience as a Consultant for hotel operation and F & B, help- ing in setting up procedures, policies, budgeting, forecasting, and improving productivity, it spanned several countries around the world to include the USA, France, Morocco, Egypt, the Caribbean, Algeria, Djibouti, Saudi Arabia and the Maldives.
