• Assign the team members to duties, monitor their performance and measure their KPIs whilst organizing, planning, and prioritizing tasks.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in Sales, Guest Relations (Reception), Customer Service and Facilities to make sure they are following the training delivered to ensure that Customers receive satisfactory service in the showroom.
• Handling Sales Request and communicating with other departments (Legal, Contracts and Engineering Departments) for any reviewing customers’ states, delayed customers’ contracts, modification, Transfer requests.
• Schedule proper manpower to ensure their efficiency and observe employees to make sure they are not wasting business hours.
• Supporting the new hired employees and sales through the Hiring process by help fulfilling and archiving the applications, creating SAP accounts, Email accounts and handing the allowance handover (Mobile Lines, Laptop, etc.).
• Responsible for all the Brokers accounts by creating and filing their contracts and fulfillment all the documents needed, Receiving and reviewing Claims and Invoices and following up with the financial department to issue checks.
• Reviewing contracts for Gulf Sponsors and review their commission by communicating with the Information System, Customer Accounts and Contracts department.
• Enforce Safety, Health, Security, IT and In-house policies on everyone within the showroom premises.
• Hire, train, and evaluate showroom staff and promoting, demoting or firing workers when appropriate.

Bachelors of Commerce with a GOOD grade in the major of Accounting, Ain Shams University (2004).
