• Responsible for the operation and the handling of the shipping process for martial parts fo factory or projects
•  Shipping service provider’s relationship management & Handling ends to end communication with the shipper & forwarders.
•   Monitoring the shipping cost of the shipping and comparing rates 
• andling the end-to-end communication with the shippers following the BL instructions. • Responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, including support of parts shortages and drawing error resolution
•  Vast experience with the different shipping methods (Sea / Air /intl’ trucking / Courier) for raw martial & machine parts for factory Assist the related department for the items required (design/ material / warehousing/ quality) •
•  Releasing the shipment to the warehousing and Controlling of the doc of every shipment and provide them to the finance after solving any problems with the warehouse
•  Monitoring transfers and settlements & banking forms such as “Form 4’’
•  Monitoring the LCs for the importing shipment and negotiate for the final draft • Solving problems with the shipping line.
•  Improve the Logistics Estimating Process
•  Reviewing all shipping doc and amend as the customs request  
•   Provide all technical data sheets required for the IMO shipments • supporting ةanufacturing operations, including support of parts shortages and drawing error resolution
•  Following up the company doc ending and updating.
•   Monitor deadlines, quality and activities performed within the field of responsibility
•  Develop Logistic Basis 
• • Following the shipper for the needed certificates as per HS code requests •
•  Exporting samples for testing
