    MISSIONS
    Under the authority of the principal education advisers, the education assistant participates in the supervision and educational and pedagogical monitoring of the His/her missions are carried out with obligations of ethics, reserve and

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Enforcing common rules of life
    • Supervising and supervise students during breaks and recess times and during duty
    • Controlling student entry and exit
    • Managing and follow up on absences, lateness, punishments and sanctions
    • Providing educational and pedagogical support for pupils: support and tutoring
    • Supervising Saturday morning deductions
    • Participating in school events: organisation and help with setting up and supervising
    • Carrying out administrative tasks such as secretarial, clerical, writing or filing work related to the departments activity
    • Performing any other task that may be assigned by the supervisor

    SKILLS, ABILITY AND REQUIRED FORMATION

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent level required
    • Holder of the full BAFA or BAFA equivalent (STAPS, BAAPAT licence, etc)
    • Experience in the field of childhood, adolescence and animation
    • Knowing the rules of procedure and enforcing them
    • Know the safety rules
    • Getting to know the students individually
    • Observe and direct the dynamics between adolescents
    • Managing Conflict Situations
    • Working constructively as a team
    • Be rigorous, available and caring
    • Know how to manage stress and be reactive
    • Be diligent and punctual
    • Creating a climate of trust and listening
    • Demonstrate dynamism and initiative
    • Have a good knowledge of computer tools (word, excel, pronounce, )

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Full-time position (38 hours/week)
    • Compensation based on experience and the LFS salary scale
    • 14 weeks of annual leave during school holidays (all school holidays minus 2 administrative weeks

    Faire respecter les r gles de vie communes

    • Encadrer, et surveiller les l ves lors des inter-cours, sur les temps de demi-pension et de r cr ations et pendant les heures de permanences
    • Contr ler les entr es et sorties des l ves
    • G rer et proc der au suivi des absences, des retards, des punitions et des sanctions
    • Effectuer un accompagnement ducatif et p dagogique des l ves : soutien et tutorat
    • Encadrer les retenues le samedi matin
    • Participer aux v nements du lyc e : organisation et aide pour la mise en place et l encadrement des l ves
    • Effectuer des t ches administratives comme des travaux de secr tariat, d criture ou de classement li s l activit du service
    • Accomplir toute autre t che qui pourrait lui tre confi par le sup rieur hi rarchique

    COMP TENCES, EXP RIENCE ET FORMATION REQUISES

    • Baccalaur at ou niveau quivalent exig
    • Titulaire du BAFA complet ou quivalent BAFA (Licence STAPS, BAAPAT, etc)
    • Exp rience dans le secteur de l enfance, adolescence et de l animation
    • Conna tre le r glement int rieur et le faire appliquer
    • Conna tre les r gles de s curit
    • Apprendre conna tre les l ves individuellement
    • Observer et diriger les dynamiques entre adolescents
    • G rer les situations conflictuelles

    CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL

    • Poste temps plein (38 heures/semaine)
    • La r mun ration bas e sur lexp rience et la grille de salaire du IFS
    • 14 semaines de cong s annuels durant les vacances scolaires (toutes les vacances scolaires moins 2 semaines administratives)
