 I’m Mustafa Graduated from Software Engineering Department Faculty of computer science Mansoura , preparing for the studying of Pre-Master at Software Engineering department ,I’ve been working in the programming field since 2014 and officially from 2016, I've worked as a full-time developer in many companies with different positions from technical to leading and business , I’m always concerned about the team , the process and the final product that’s why most of my position respoasbilites was about that , started from being a back-end developer , full-stack developer and added some managerial respoasbilites as a back-end team lead , project manager then as a project manager & product owner in startup company and currently working as a engineering manager , I’m still in love with coding and that’s made me more accurate in the entire technical process , and as an external missions I’ve helped about 4 software house / startups in the process of hiring and fitting the teams position due to their current situation and goals beside working as a PHP Instructor (on Demand) from 2019 .
