Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to generate new business, create new opportunities and increase revenue for the Maximize sales by increasing market penetration, visibility and by strengthening relationships amongst designated

This position shall be responsible for leading and developing a strong and success-driven sales team/network across the respective

Strategically plan the overall management objectives, in ensuring they are on target with business unit goals and

Mapping & Head-hunting exercise for adding Niche/ CXO level

Interact with TA Head/HR Head/CXO level for their manpower

Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral

Responsible for business development; includes planning and building short & long-term, Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple

Identifying & generating new leads in the Domestic Market

Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients

Developing a prospective client database of qualified leads through referrals, market study & competitive analysis

Business planning & forecasting for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities

Strong connections in the Market and Generate revenue by successfully initiating contact with potential customers, leveraging relationships, formulating and implementing his/her personal sales

Leverage his/her existing relations with clients to generate new

Experience in early-stage startup environments would be an advantage

Direct and work with the delivery operation team towards successful execution of
