    THE ROLE

    We are a UK-based company with BIG We currently have a service running through core PHP with a little Laravel and then extra backend services on Amazon web services, RDS, and EC2 for data collection and number crunching of data and API calls and

    Our Team needs experienced Full-stack Developer/Back End Developer in PHP, Javascript, Mysql and

    THE REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
    • Graduates of BS Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related disciplines, from a reputable university
    • At least 2-year substantial experience, in the following, preferably in the e-commerce industry:
      • PHP
      • Mysql
      • Javascript
      • Laravel
    • Communication Skills; fluent in English spoken and written
    • Strong Attention to details
    • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, including Data Analytics
    • Planning Skills/Time Management; Well-organized
    • Collaboration/Interpersonal Skills
    • Results-driven and Proactive/Self-Motivated
    • With a high regard for Integrity, Excellence, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, and Creative Thinking/Innovation
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and digitally-centric environment
    • Ability to meet deadlines


    THE REQUIRED TOOLS
    • Desktop/laptop
    • Computer specs:
      • Processor - i5 or higher
      • RAM - 8 GB or higher
    • A fast and stable internet connection (at least 20 MBPS) and with a back-up internet (eg pocket wifi)
    • Noise-cancelling headphones
    • Web camera
    • Skype for video calls
    • Quiet and professional work station


    THE OFFER
    • Full-time career
    • Opportunity to learn different facets of the e-Commerce operations
    • Monthly salary: minimum Php 30, - 35, net, payable twice a month depends on qualifications
    • Salary Increase of Php 5, after 1 year of service from date of hire
    • Equipment Upgrade Bonus of Php 5, after 6 months of service from date of hire
    • Internet subsidy of Php 1, upon hiring
    • Onboarding tools (Webcam and Headset) after 3 months of service from date of hire
    • Flexible work schedule (8 hours/day; 5 days/week Monday - Friday)
