HR Analytics and Workforce Planning:

• Develop HR Manual, employees handbook, policies and procedures including responsibility metrics, flowcharts and measurements, develop organization structure and charts.
• Prepare, monitor and update staffing plan to ensure having the right competencies needed to support long term strategic goals.

Data analysis and Organization Development: 

• Support clients to resolve problems such as high turnover, low productivity, change resistance issues etc., conduct analysis and collaborate with team members to implement intervention strategies that boost productivity and satisfaction.
• Participate in the evaluation of Departments performance and organizational performance in light of strategic objectives, identify gaps and suggest corrective actions.

Performance Management: 

• Develop effective Performance Management System, aligning individual objectives with departments and organization strategy.

Job Evaluation, Grading, and Salary Structure: 

• Conduct salary survey, design competitive grading and salary structure using different job evaluation methods and grading structures which fit clients ‘unique requirements.

Training and Development: 

• Conduct Gap analysis on the strategic, group and individual level, develop individual and group training plan, and follow up on the implementation and evaluation of the plan.
•  Deliver experiential training related to interpersonal skills and Human Resources functions to managers, executives, and HR employees to ensure effective delivery of HR functions.
