I am a person who has a hunger to learn and to develop his skills to be in a better place.

Qualification: 

Fluent In English.

Good with Microsoft applications, such as Excel, power query, and power private.

Has great communication skills with a team. 

Great presentation skills.

Great skills with Power Bi.

Has visualization skills.

Great with Dax language.

What I want to learn:

Working on python, and R to be more advanced with machine learning.

Working on SQL to get the required data from a live server. 

Between 2020 to 2021, worked as a customer service representative by assisting customers in the USA along with handling angry customers.
Between 2021 to 2022, worked as a corporate executive resolution specialist, as I used to assist a customer who raised a lawsuit against the company.
Between 2022 till now, I am working as a subject matter expert, assisting the agent along with tracking their numbers. Moreover, doing the required data cleaning along with data analysis before the required deadline.

In 2022, I graduated from Ain Shams University (faculty of commerce)
