• Manage the development, performance, and maintenance of the company fleet to produce an efficiently run fleet, maximizing performance, value, and profitability against pre-agreed targets. 

• Develop Maintenance strategy, and protocols and assuring that all the maintenance team is performing according to the procedures. • Create vehicles purchase specifications, and decide whether to lease or buy vehicles. • Developing ways to cut costs and maximize profits. • Monitoring driver behavior to ensure adherence and ensuring a high level of customer service. • Developing the team through workshops training and defensive driving training for drivers. • Creating and developing professional relationships with third parties. • Draw up a budget for the company’s fleet management department and forecasting for the short and long term. • Support to all other departments which impact on fleet performance and availability. • Analyzing fleet performance data, including cost, revenues, and, profitability to increase business operational efficiency. • Establish and monitor purchasing, operational, and replacement strategies and practices for the most cost-effective operation. • Develop the systems, processes, and policies in the operations team to better support management reporting, information flow, and relevant business & operations metrics
