Purpose


You will provide structural engineering services to Worley and its customers, including technical support and supervision within the structural engineering team.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitors construction of NPP's and associated structures; develops comments pertaining to noncompliance with design
  • Supports the Client in Civil Construction Site Inspections
  • Participates in safety, environmental and hazard assessments
  • Reviews, comments and prepares drafts of client correspondence pertaining to site construction
  • Reports on project performance against the baseline plan
  • Assists in ensuring that no technical changes are implemented without prior approval as per EPC contract procedure and regulatory requirements
  • Represents Worley at internal & external meetings on the project
  • Reviews asbuilt documentation for completeness as per EPC contract requirements and applicable standards

What you will bring

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong construction oversight skills; 7+ years of construction field supervision experience in multicultural teams.
  • NPP or Nuclearrelated construction experience is required.

Special Job Requirements

  • Ability to analyze, communicate, influence and persuade
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, understanding of Russian and/or Arabic is a plus
  • Proactive team player, proven to be effective in a multicultural environment
