Reading and Understanding the drawings and specifications - Developing Baseline schedules from Scratch - Performing resource loading and leveling - Cost loading the baseline to generate cash flow diagrams - Updating schedules - Claims Analysis - Review Construction schedules and reports - Time Impact Analysis - Creating Narrative Reports - Corresponding with Clients to meet their needs - Quality control check on all submittals - Software training - Help in the recruitment process for the engineering team - Reporting productivity and tracking progress to upper level management- 5 to 15 years of experience Excellent command of English is a must Excellent in using primavera program Our Working hours match USA EST hours which are from 1 pm to 10 pm for females and from 2 pm to 11 pm for males Monday thru Friday. Saturday and Sunday are off. The company is located in Nasr City.
