Control the production work flow, processes & Procedures.
  • Lead, train and guide the production team.
  • Plan and organize the daily production activities.
  • Implement daily and weekly production schedule and prepare daily and weekly production reports.
  • Works closely with departments for process improvement and product quality assurance such as (Quality, Material Planning, Purchasingetc).
  • Estimate the cost of production and come up with cost saving methods.
  • Develops efficient manufacturing methods based on the firm's budget allocation, always trying to strike the right balance between quality and cost without impacting the quality of the final product.
  • Following up daily troubleshooting during operation.
  • Hands on when required at times of emergencies.

  • Have a strong knowledge of the entire manufacturing process, from start to finish, as well as a working knowledge of the overall business needs and what customers need and expect

1. Ability to deal with blue collar workers 2. Ability to work quickly and under pressure 3. Ability to manage a varied workload 4. Excellent problem-solving skills 5. An awareness of health and safety legislation.
