    Role Overview:

  • The Art Director plays a pivotal role in our company, overseeing the visual elements of our marketing campaigns and product designs.
  • This role requires a creative mindset, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for design.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement visual concepts and strategies for marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand representation across all platforms.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials including websites, social media, and print collateral.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
  • Lead the design process for user interfaces and experiences of our digital products.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to graphic designers and UX/UI designers.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging innovation and excellence.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and sales to meet project objectives.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience (+4 years) working as an art director in a marketing or creative agency.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.
