Participates in the preparation of designs, reports and tender documents as per the company design Manuals and / or the employer's instructions and directed by the Engineer in charge;

• Delivers the project drawings and documents to design engineer / Draftsman / Secretary and ensure to produce them properly, giving clear guidance regarding the quality of the work;
• Responsible for the quality of the design work that is prepared (by design engineer / draftsman/ Secretary).
• Reviews reports and drawings after the printing to make sure they conform to the required quality and standard.
• Assists in the preparation of schedules and design man loads.
• Undertakes Design Checks/Reviews and oversee the implementation of all necessary revisions.
• Coordinates Designs with all other design disciplines and concerned authorities
