You will optimize effectiveness of consumer/shopper activity at a local level and actively participate and support the customer development process.


A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Ensures all employees having regular punches and accurate Timecards
  • Create and edit new Schedule, Shift Templates, Patterns, and Groups.
  • Access the Timecard and perform transaction maintenance (adding missed punches, transfers etc).
  • Run Interface monthly form Kronos to SAP for all sites
  • CAT6 Run
  • Communicate with the LGO's and Global Support team in case of any change of configuration or testing needed
  • Participate in Testing for new systems
  • Responsible on identifying and calculating the new yearly quota of all employees.
  • Proceeding with the Absence webform requests received by the market as per the agreed policies
  • Calculate & Maintain employees' overtime, and time data on SAP
  • Prepare the Monthly Standard Reports & nonstandard reports
ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Precise and accurate with numbers
  • Customer focus and good communication/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to act proactively to anticipate any issues linked to legal changes and take necessary actions within deadlines
  • Take initiatives to learn more about business, processes, legislation to efficiently perform day to day activities. Keen on learning and acquiring knowledge of systems.
