Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a
Senior Brand Officer for one of our partners, a multinational bank.


Job Summary:

We're looking for a Brand Officer who will be the cornerstone of our growing design practice at our entity. This person will be leading design, providing direction, and ensuring alignment across all creative outputs across product and marketing.

This person will be responsible for translating brand strategy and vision into creative execution and developing visionary design language that differentiates and scales.


Responsibilities:


  • Define strategic and creative points of view on brand character, brand identity, and design themes
  • Craft actionable direction for the design & marketing teams
  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines on sharpening ideas and enhancing brand design outputs
  • Manage the quality of design throughout all phases of development
  • Craft narratives and present confidently to internal and external teams, including stakeholders
  • Contribute to holistic thinking about brand design, including how a brand acts, how a brand looks, and how a brand comes to life throughout an experience
  • Delivering creative visual assets, static and motion design for performance marketing ads is the main focus, but also for other growth channels (affiliate, partnerships, app store optimisation e.g.)
  • Working with our marketing team as stakeholders to deliver the best solutions for our digital marketing projects

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in the brand identity and design industry
  • Experience working with performance marketing and producing creatives for digital paid ads: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google App Campaigns
  • Excellence in Adobe CC, Figma, and PowerPoint Slides—experience with 3D or motion design is a plus
  • Strong communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • An exceptional portfolio that demonstrates brave brand design thinking and meticulous craft with systematic execution
  • You are a conceptual thinker with a strategic core
  • Strong understanding of brand design systems, brand guidelines creation, identity design, art direction, typography, iconography, etc
  • You have a challenger mindset when it comes to understanding and working with brand and identity design
  • You have proven ability to produce cuttingedge creative work, as well as a masterlevel of design knowledge and craft
  • You have exceptional communication skills within the team
  • You are resourceful, creative, and collaborative
  • Can instruct and mentor design and marketing teams, including thirdparty vendors (agencies)
