- Finance: Implement and manage process around management accounts, taxes, budgeting, invoices and payment of Gain a clear handle on the budget / management accounts (contribution by senior operations team in terms of revenues, GP, etc). Ensure cost-control measures are put in
- Compliance: Managing any compliance and legal topics related to the various TH entities and TH Ensure all company documents / IP is very well organised, maintained and up to Ensure all company insurances are renewed and up to
- Operations: Become the internal lead for any projects that are deemed to be non- HR and non- marketing related ( IT migration coordination, lead the coordinating the offsite). Become the internal point of contact for all non-HR or marketing related vendors (, Outsourced IT, lawyers). The role will include a range of special projects / initiatives, that the founders may need to be involved in and looking to Some basic operations around keeping the calendars of the founders organised on a daily basis, as this is key to the team getting access to the
- Involvement in employee satisfaction surveys
Will help set up processes across the firm and with Deal Teams to help the firm This will include working with HR around improving Deal related processes as ;
- Help ensure all employees remain compliant with our data/security policies
- Reviewing and signing vendor contracts
- Work on creating new employee starter packs with HR
- Scheduling townhall meetings, creating material and communicating new processes to the wider
- Collaborate with Marketing and CRM/Buyer Research and rolling CRM out to the
- Support CEO and MD with their personal finances and other professional and personal matters and manage their
- Dealing with Bankers for various facilities to be
- Global vendor payment management (with requisite approval from relevant functional heads)
