    • Engage with potential candidates through emails, messages, and calls, providing information about the company and job opportunities.
    • Build and maintain a network of prospective candidates for future openings – Talent Pipelining
    • Attend job fairs, industry events, and networking sessions to establish connections and promote the company's employer brand.
    • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews and assessments.
    • Keep track of sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on sourcing activities.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
