Position:

Senior Software Test Automation Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Test Automation Engineer focusing on quality and expertise in Java and Selenium. This role is critical in enhancing our software test automation standards and practices. We are excited about the opportunity to welcome you to our team.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in automation testing, with a background in security testing being a plus.
  • Proficiency in Selenium test automation framework.
  • Proven experience with Java for developing test automation tools and suites.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins) and pipeline integrations.
  • Experience with JIRAintegrated test management tools (such as Zephyr or Xray) is preferred.
  • Ability to write complex SQL queries.
  • ISTQB CTAL-TAE Certificate is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Playwright test automation tool is a plus.
  • Good understanding of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute test automation using Java and Selenium.
  • Implement and refine automation scripts and testing suites.
  • Collaborate with Software Quality and Testing team in implementing test automation suites.
  • Assist in the expansion of the automation script library in coordination with QC engineers.
  • Plan and execute automation tasks for each sprint.
  • Generate and analyze reports on automation coverage.
  • Provide insights based on automation test results.
