We are recruiting a Oracle Functional Consultant

Functional Consultant duties and activities:

• Gather requirements and conduct CRPs
• Conduct training for users (MOEHE & school accountant stuff)
• Update documents on Oracle methodology
• Apply enhancements
• Create and builds new solutions and integration
• Troubleshoot issues, provide workaround and find the Root Cause of issues.
• Solve Oracle (orphan bugs) transactions
• Perform End User Training and Daily support of MOEHE ERP system and communicate with (account, Budget, checks department and other stakeholders)
• Perform administrative tasks including registering the Buyers, users, Menus/Functions, request groups responsibilities
• Modify in setup as business needs and provide new solutions for new cases.
• Resolve the issues at the year-end processing and prepare for year-end closing
• Follow-up with Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and fix the bugs in Oracle
• Keep the system free from bugs and make necessary modifications to avoid any inconsistency in the system
• Manage adoption of new features and align business users with overall MOEHE digitization strategy
• Resolve support tickets with a quick turnover time.
• Conduct regular analysis of the system transactions and work to fix any issue.
• Keep the environment in an excellent and updated patching level
• Resolve the issues on pending transactions
• Gather business requirements
• Perform administrative tasks including registering users, buyers, Menus/Functions, request groups responsibilitiesetc.
• Co-operate with team members and various stakeholders in the IT department and elsewhere in MOEHE workforce and schools.
• Using existing MOEHE\BMC solution as a ticketing
