ROLE SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide professional-level services to achieve strategic business outcomes.

This role will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization as a whole, and ensure consistency as part of Global Solutions - Talent Acquisition - Shared Service Delivery.


ROLE PROFILE

  • Responsible for sourcing, assessing, and supporting the onboarding process for both, external and internal talent.
  • Maintain best practices in recruitment compliance and identify alternative recruitment methods to target, attract and maintain a highly skilled and diversified applicant pool.
  • Learn process and work with managers to insure adherence to financial/budgetary plan (regarding hires).
  • Highlight any areas causing delays and difficulties with the recruitment process and suggestions to address them.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience recruiting in regional talent markets, specifically the GC
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written in English
  • 24 years of experience working in a recruiting capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field is preferred. CIPD certification preferred.
