JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for understanding and assessing the changing needs of the different lines of business and to analyze the impacts of this change. To document and support communication between relevant groups and stakeholders, and capture requirements needed to initiate a change.
Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buyin from all stakeholders.
Work with the Technical Analysts and development team to ensure that they understand the business requirements.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency by examining and understanding the overall process and business strategy.
Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple business sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes highlevel information into details, abstracts up from lowlevel information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs.
Proactively communicates and collaborates with business teams and IT development teams in order to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the desired IT solution.
Facilitates business and IT meetings and conducts detailed interviews to solicit users requirements.
