*Initiate an Evaluation of an opportunity to complete for a contract through production of Bid.
*Responsible for Managing Bids in response to request for proposal from customers.
*Coordinate all internal parties involved in the Bid process to ensure everyone is aware of the level of contribution expected of them and knows when their deadlines are.
*Ensure smooth running of the bid for opportunities within the correct time and financial parameters.
*Ensure compliance with customer requirements and highlighting company value preposition.
*Reflecting company services and abilities within proposal
*Responsible for submitting and completing the bid to existing and prospective clients.
*Responsible for preparing the documentation and presentations.
*Ensure all Bids documentation is clear and accurate
*Ensure all the standard documents are delivered with the proposal.


Job Requirements
*A Bachelor Degree from relevant University.
*Engineering/ Technical back ground Background is preferred.
*Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field
*Good team player with the ability to work very effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented manner with other teams.
*Must be cooperative with good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
*Good written and oral communication skills.
*Fluent in English both spoken and written.
*Male is Preferable


Pay:
From E£12.00 per month
