We are currently hiring a Quality Assurance Lead who will be responsible for all operational quality & training aspects within LXT projects and services for the non-secured operations.


Key responsibilities & duties:


  • Responsible for all operational quality & training aspects within LXT projects and services for the nonsecured operations
  • Collaborate with the service delivery to deliver the project on time and with high accuracy.
  • Develop the project workflow in alignment with all stakeholders.
  • Oversee and control implemented training strategies for all workers (freelancers, vendors, Reviewers, QA).
  • Develop the catalog of the service quality metrics and measurement plan.
  • Ensures that controls are fully embedded in the design of processes, including the defining of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the business.
  • Develop and provide efficient reporting for quality needed innovations, actions, risks, and maneuvers.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition in creating and developing job descriptions and minimum skills for the team members.
  • Analyze and report all quality and training excellence metrics.
  • Be able to set a clear communication matrix between PMO & OPEX departments while eliminating all possible bottlenecks.
  • Supervise the actions plan deployment to maintain the accuracy of deliverables up to the required benchmarks.
  • Direct reporting on a regular basis to the Global Operations Director, plans, timelines, progress team performance and other ad hoc reporting.
  • Participate with the Operations and System Development departments in all needed tests for any new system implementation.
  • Define all system and process opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the team members' specialists/coordinators performance.
  • Responsible for people engagement and manager satisfaction
  • Design and implement succession plans and talent development.
  • Ensure quality and timely deliverables, client engagement, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 7+year work experience in a related industry or BPO industry.
  • 3 to 5 years experience of Quality and/or training implementation.
  • Lean Six sigma green belt is a must.
  • Experience with quality standards like COPC, ISO 9001 &GDPR
  • Strong analytical skills using Excel and Power Bi.
  • Excellent written &verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English and other languages is a plus.
  • Flexible to work in different time zones.
  • People Management Experience.
