Responsibilities and Duties - Analyze and forecast financial requirements for organization. - Supervise and ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in the organization. - Monitor and implement all accounts payable check activation and wire transactions. - Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly. - Collate bank statements on a monthly basis. - Provide support to safekeeping of internal expenses in company. - Monitor account reconciliation, tax, and calculations inclusive of cost accounting plus factory data recording processes. - Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures - Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages - Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers - Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory - Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory - Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus - Analyze data to anticipate future needs - Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships


Skills:


  • To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Education - Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent
Experience - 3-5 Years of experience in General Accounting - Accounting Experience within factories is a major plus
Skills and Abilities - Microsoft Office - Accounting Software Experience - Numerical Proficiency - Detail Oriented - Critical Thinking - Inventory Management - Cost Accounting
