Summary

Knauf Egypt; one of the leading companies in Gypsum boards and all affiliated components of Drywall Systems in Egypt is hiring a "Safety Specialist" in the Company Plant located in the city of Ataqa, Suez.

Responsibilities

• Followup of all factory activities, including risk assessment, work permits, risk monitoring, corrective and preventive measures, and equipment and toolbox inspection.
• Follow up on legal and compliance requirements such as environmental issues, civil protection, manpower, health, ISO, etc.
• Training and awareness for employees.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in science / Agriculture / Industrial Education / Quality

• A minimum of 5 years of experience is required in HSE.
• Occupational Health and Safety Specialist with legal certificate.
• Ability to provide detailed reports and develop safety procedures.
• Good understanding of data analysis and risk assessment.
• Firefighting, Rescue and First Aid courses
• Computer Skills (MS Office)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Very Good in English (spoken and written).

Required Qualifications

• Must be a Non-Smoker.
