    1. ERP System Management:
    Oversee the administration configuration and maintenance of the ERP system.
    Ensure data integrity and system availability.
    Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
    Develop and implement system policies procedures and controls.

    2. User Support and Training:
    Provide enduser support troubleshooting issues and resolving systemrelated queries.
    Conduct training sessions to educate users on ERP system functionalities and best practices.
    Develop user documentation and manuals to facilitate system understanding and utilization.

    3. Project Management:
    Lead ERP implementation projects including requirements gathering system configuration testing and deployment.
    Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish project timelines deliverables and resource requirements.
    Monitor project progress identify risks and take corrective actions to ensure successful project completion.

    4. Operation Support:
    Responsible for receiving Customers inbound requests and checking the availability of space sqm based on each client contract.
    Responsible for Customers outbound orders daily and communicating the order issues with them.
    Release the Inbound / Outbound orders on both system WMS and Delivery systems.
    Communicate the Inbound / Outbound Orders with the Operation and delivery team.
    Monitor the order Cycle end to end and ensure that all orders are delivered successfully.

    5. Inventory Management:
    Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS system.
    Implement inventory control measures including cycle counting stock adjustments and reconciliation.
    Collaborate with Customers to optimize inventory levels and replenishment strategies.

    6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor warehouse performance.
    Generate regular reports on system utilization inventory accuracy order fulfillment metrics and other relevant data.
    Analyze data to identify trends issues and areas for improvement and provide recommendations for operational enhancements.

    7. Operation Finance support.
    Responsible for communicating the cash collection plan between customers and the finance team.
    Generate the monthly breakdown for each customer and communicate the date with the finance team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in IT Business Administration or related field.
    • 5 years of experience in ERP system administration and project management.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and database management.
    • Strong communication and training skills.
    • Project management experience with the ability to lead ERP implementation projects.
    • Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
    • Organizational and leadership abilities to manage teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Understanding of warehouse operations and financial processes is a plus.
