Assisting the Planning Manager in developing and executing project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Conducting research and analysis related to real estate development projects, including market trends, zoning regulations, and environmental impacts.
Assisting with the preparation of feasibility studies, due diligence reports, and other project-related documentation.
Collaborating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and consultants to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
Reviewing architectural drawings, design plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements.
Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project-related documentation for internal and client review. Supporting the coordination of meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities.
Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes relevant to real estate development. Contributing to the continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and methodologies within the PDS team.
