Value Chain Training Project (USAID)

• Courses reviewer in the Value Chain Training Project (USAID), Agricultural Technical Schools, collaborated with Midwest Universities Consortium for International Activities (MUCIA), from 2011 to 2012.

Arabian Agri-fertilizer Company (KSA) (from 5/10/2017 till 15/3/2020). 

• Consultant of the Arabian Agri-fertilizer Co. Ltd., Buraida – Kassim – Saudi Arabia.

Establishment of a biofertilizers production facility with capacity of 50 ton/day of different liquid biofertilizer for palms fertilization.

El-Taybat for Agricultural Projects (from 1/2/2017 till 20/2/2022).

            Agricultural projects manager at El-Taybat for Agricultural Projects Company with the following responsibilities and achievements:

•  Design and implementation of current and future agricultural projects including the development of work plans, recruitment of personnel, and management of staff.
• Deciding on the type, quality and quantity of the crops to be planted at each farm project.
• Preparing plans for the mode of harvest, harvesting schedules and collaborates with each agricultural project operators for carrying out these activities.
• Budgeting the project management and accomplishing farms activities within the planned budget. I succeeded to slash the payroll/benefits administration costs 30% by negotiating pricing and fees, while ensuring the continuation and enhancements of processes.
• Assuring quality control of project activities, including supporting fielded teams, reviewing work deliverables, and providing value-added feedback.
• Supervision and management of junior staff. Mentoring and development of junior staff.
• Analyzing existing operations, crops, livestock, staff, and financial documents and recommending improvements.
• Preparing plans and schedules for planting and harvesting and ensuring staff understands expectations.
• Ensuring seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other supplies are regularly restocked.
• Scheduling repairs, maintenance, and replacement of equipment and machinery.
• Handling the marketing and sale of products produced on the farm like fruit, vegetables …etc.
• Ensuring all staff adheres to health and safety regulations.

Hits Solutions (from 14/8/2022 till present).

      Agricultural Consultant for Hits Solutions Co. Ltd., Cairo – Egypt. Establishment of fully automated greenhouse aeroponics with the following responsibilities:

• Maintain greenhouse plants.
• Prepare formulas for plants fertilization.
• Responsible for ensuring optimum plants growth measures.
• Planning for getting the most benefits from available tools.
• Maintain and monitor the quality of yield.

B.Sc. at the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Agriculture, Ain Shams University, Agricultural Microbiology, with grade very good degree of honor (June-1994).

-Graduation project: Symbiotic Nitrogen Fixation in Trees (1994).

Master (from February-1995 to August-1999) 

M.Sc. in Agricultural Microbiology, Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Agriculture, Ain Shams University (2/8/1999) titled: “Studies on Xanthan Producing Bacteria”.

Doctorate (from October-1999 to August-2005) 

PhD of Agricultural Science since 9/8/2005 thesis certified by the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Agriculture, Ain Shams University in the branch of the microbial biopolymers, titled: “Microbial Production of Pullulan”.
