Scope, secure resources, deliver and optimize key strategic product & packaging development projects as directed by the business whilst meeting timescale, budgetary and customer expectations.


  • Lead & mentor project teams to deliver above consumer expectation.
  • Ensure total compliance to internal processes and procedures (AIM, APA, ETQ, etc.) as well as external standards (Regulatory, SASO etc) for all projects that are lead by the job holder.
  • Prepare & clarify project scope with key stakeholders for strategics innovation projects.
  • Responsible for the construction and management of the overall project time plan and ensuring time related issues are resolved.
  • Mentor, develop, and challenge project team members.
  • Ensure all documentation following the AIM and APA processes is completed and obtain the relevant Gate approvals for nominated projects.
  • Identify & commission external expert resources where applicable to support allocated innovation projects.

Skills:


  • 10 years of experience leading crossfunctional project teams in a FMCG business.
  • Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, Technology or Economics.
  • Project Management qualification.
  • LEAN manufacturing/6 sigma green belt certification.
  • Preferable MBA or Master's degree.
  • Proven track record in leading and delivering high value/complex projects in an industrial environment.
  • English language fluency.
  • Costumer Focus.
  • Accountability.
  • Effective team building & engagement abilities.
