    This is a remote

    • Supports the TL and OM in the performance of their
    • Accurately enters all transactions daily/weekly/monthly into accounting
    • Uploads supporting evidence for all transactions
    • Performs bank reconciliations for all client bank
    • Preparation of payroll for multiple entities on a weekly
    • Preparation of monthly or Quarterly PAYGW, PAYGI or Business Activity Statements including fully reconciled Trial Balance work
    • Prepares Annual Employee Payment
    • Preparation of quarterly superannuation returns for all entities as
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with all statutory deadlines and submission of returns for clients by the
    • Reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts with main general ledger
    • Reconciles general ledger accounts with external records (eg ATO integrated client account, super and payroll tax).
    • Able to competently prepare a fully reconciled Trial
    • Promptly informs the Team Leader of any issues with
    • Maintains and builds a supportive and effective team
    • Upholds and promotes the firm s
    • Maintains the highest ethical and professional


    Requirements

    • At least 3 + years experience in Bookkeeping or accounting
    • At least 1 + years experience in Australian Tax
    • Basic Skills with XERO, MYOB, QuickBooks or equivalent
    • Intermediate Word and Excel skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Accounting degree
    • Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word Certification
    • Familiarity with the Australian Taxation Office portal
    • Well honed bookkeeping skills with above average communication skills
