    • Act as the first point of contact for the COP for internal and external matters
    • Serve as a liaison with the USAID, partner universities, stakeholders and staff
    • Manage the daily agenda and activities of the COP including coordination and scheduling of meetings, appointments, interviews, preparation of documents, spreadsheets and keeping record of his/her meetings and appointments
    • Organize weekly staff meeting agendas and ensure all concerned parties are aligned, record and document meeting minutes and circulate to attendees
    • Manage both international and local travel, accommodation, hospitality and all other logistics for senior team and international partners
    • Manage, administer, plan and coordinate strategy planning sessions including securing facilitators, selecting venue, preparing agendas and session packs
    • Organize events and cross-functional projects boasting team productivity and collaboration.
    • Draft senior managers' correspondence, documentation, presentation or note-taking materials as needed
    • Create accurate admin/financial records of project regular and sensitive documents for easy access and review
    • Draft technical reports (data collection, typing, production)
    • Coordinate with finance team to follow up with vendors for receipts and accounting documents
    • Maintain updated hard-copy and digital databases of project activities, filing and dissemination of information
    • Meet and greet visitors and assist them to identify their way around office/campus
    • Manage the USAID Egyptian Pioneers team holiday and sick leave calendars
    • Perform other related duties as required
