Researching businesses, individuals, and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better.

• Preparing client presentations and materials, including PowerPoint and sales displays
• Meeting new and existing clients in person or through conference calls.
• Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics.
• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand what areas of the organization's services need improvements.
• Fixing remote appointments with customers based on the availability of customers and staff.
• Helping customers choose the right service for their requirements and budget.
• Possessing excellent product and service knowledge to enhance customer support.
• Informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals.
• Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
• Forming reports based on customer satisfaction statistics and helping the team to take the necessary actions.

• Fluency of English language.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of Business Development or sales or marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to transmit information accurately and understandably.
• University degree in one of the related majors.
