Researching businesses, individuals, and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better.
- Preparing client presentations and materials, including PowerPoint and sales displays
- Meeting new and existing clients in person or through conference calls.
- Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics.
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand what areas of the organization's services need improvements.
- Fixing remote appointments with customers based on the availability of customers and staff.
- Helping customers choose the right service for their requirements and budget.
- Possessing excellent product and service knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals.
- Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
- Forming reports based on customer satisfaction statistics and helping the team to take the necessary actions.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency of English language.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of Business Development or sales or marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to transmit information accurately and understandably.
- University degree in one of the related majors.
